RULES
1. CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST is open to listeners 18 and over.
2. Employees of CLASSICAL 89, KBYU-Television, BYU Broadcasting, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. All contest entries are the property of CLASSICAL 89.
4. CLASSICAL 89 is not responsible for contest entries lost or mutilated in the mail.
5. The winner of the CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST will be ineligible to win any other prize from CLASSICAL 89 for a period of 180 days.
6. One winner will be selected by random drawing and announced on CLASSICAL 89 at 8:15 a.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2008.
7. Approximate total value of the CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST prize is $360 dollars.
8. Prize is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-endorsable.
9. Winner will provide their own transportation from their home to and from prize events, concerts and lodging locations.
10. Contest subject to all federal, state, and local laws, and void where prohibited or restricted by law.
11. Odds of winning CLASSICAL 89 prize depends on the number of entries.
12. No purchase or pledge contributions are necessary in the CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST.
13. Databases compiled from CLASSICAL 89 contest entries are not sold or shared with any other for profit company or organization.
14. Entrants need not be present to win in the CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST.
15. Contest start date is Tuesday, April 1, 2008.
16. CLASSICAL 89 is not responsible for prize elements which become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, including cancelled performances, participants going out of business, etc.
17. Prize will not be substituted for cash.
18. CLASSICAL 89 winners assume all tax liability associated with the use of the prize.
19. Entry must be received by Friday, April 25 at 5:00 p.m. and may be sent by postcard or letter to: CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST, Provo, Utah, 84602; by fax to 801-422-0922; or online at www.classical89.org ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
20. Photocopies, as well as mechanically reproduced, illegible, rubber-stamped, or incomplete entries, will not be honored and will be disqualified. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified.
21. CLASSICAL 89 will make every effort to contact the winner and notify them within 10 days of the contest deadline. Contest winner names will be available by calling the CLASSICAL 89 offices at (801) 422-3552. If the winner cannot be reached, another winner will be selected.
22. Entrants and winners are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless CLASSICAL 89, BYU Broadcasting, and Brigham Young University, the contest sponsors and participants, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and licensees from and against any liability arising in connection with their participation in the contest and the prizes.
23. Entry in the CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST constitutes permission to use the Qualified Entrant’s and Prize-Winner’s name, likeness, and biographical data for purposes of advertising and promotion by The Sponsors in connection with the contest without further consent, compensation, or approval of the Qualified Entrant or Prize Winner.
24. By participating and entering the CLASSICAL 89 TOP 40 CONTEST, entrants agree to these rules.
