Thinking Aloud
International Norms
We're discussing precedents and rules and the way these undergo continual modification. From piracy to terrorism, from slavery to genocide, we'll run a wide gamut of concerns as we try to understand a macro-phenomenon of international, cyclical change.—Original airdate: 3/20/2009
