Jonathan Lynch: The Science & Reason behind the Roots Lab at Penn State
In 1970, Norman Borlaug won the Nobel Peace Prize "for his contributions to the 'green revolution' that was having such an impact on food production." It's estimated that his discoveries in plant science saved one billion lives. Today's guest Jonathan Lynch says we are in need of another plant science breakthrough to fuel a second Green Revolution.
